Here on the podcast we mostly talk about the science behind dentistry, but every once and a while I like to take a knee and talk about things that can make your practice stronger or things that can improve your quality of life and facilitate self-development. Yoga and mindfulness are really important to me. These practices enable me to recharge and be more conscientious of my patients. For this reason, I’ve invited the dental yogis, Dr. Danielle Cascioli and Dr. Christian Pavel on to the show.
